This was a very challenging concrete repair contract to the seawall behind the Pleasureland in Abroath. The SDB Contracts team had a very small window of opportunity to execute the works in a low point of the beach in a tidal zone. This repair had been attempted by other contractors twice before, but both had failed to complete the works due to the tide, weather and complexity of the project. SDB Contracts completed these works in 3 days after a lot of planning, excellent service by our supply chain, and a bit of luck with the weather.
